Our team of admissions, registration and student record experts are here for you throughout your student journey.
At the beginning of your Fanshawe experience, our team will support your admission and facilitate your tuition payment and financial record with the college. They can also help you learn ways to finance your tuition! While you study, you may need to change or drop a course - we can help with that too! Or you may need to provide an employer or government agency with proof of your student status or transcript. As you prepare for graduation, our team will be thrilled to finalize the record for your program and issue your credential. These are just a few examples of the many things our team can support you with as a Fanshawe student.

We offer online and PDF fillable forms that can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
We are with you through each step of your application journey. Before you apply our pre-admissions advisors can assist you with program selection and requirements. After you apply our enrolment services staff will evaluate and process your application. And after you’ve received an offer we can provide support relating to prerequisite courses and grades, and other supplementary requirements that may be needed for your program.
Our team of financial aid and student awards experts are available to assist you in navigating the costs associated with being a student, including understanding and applying for OSAP as well as the variety of student awards (bursaries and grants) you may be eligible for!

There is often an alternative to withdrawing from your program. Staff members can make sure you explore all of your options before leaving or help you create a plan for returning when you are ready.
An Online Verification of Enrolment Letter (VOEL) is an official document provided electronically by the Office of the Registrar. It can be used as confirmation of your current enrolment. You must be enrolled as a full-time student at Fanshawe College.
We provide materials in alternate formats (electronic, audio, Braille or large print versions of materials) for students that cannot read standard print or electronic equipment.
You can connect with our staff at the following locations. The Office of the Registrar utilises the QLess Virtual Line System to replace physical lines. Learn more about the QLess system.
